Operator AI lets you manage your team members, assign permissions, and organize conversations by clearly defined user roles.

In Operator AI:

  • Roles define what users can see, edit, and manage inside the Operator AI dashboard.

  • Permissions control access to conversations, Flows, Automations, and settings.

  1. Log into your Operator AI Dashboard.

  2. Go to Users.

  3. Click Add New User.

  4. Enter the user's details (name, email, optional phone).

  6. Save.
