Zapier is an automation platform that lets you:
Connect Operator AI to thousands of apps (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Slack).
Trigger workflows based on events inside Operator AI (like a new conversation, lead captured, or form submitted).
Automate actions like adding contacts to email lists, updating CRMs, or sending alerts.
✅ No developer required — Zapier handles the heavy lifting for you.
Go to and log in or register.
Create a new integration by clicking Start a Zapier Integration or visiting .
Fill in basic app details (name and description).
In the left menu, click Triggers → Add Trigger.
Define your triggers (e.g., new conversation, message sent, lead captured).
Set Trigger Type as REST Hook under API Configuration.
In Operator AI Dashboard, go to Settings → Miscellaneous → Webhooks.
Paste the Webhook URL generated by Zapier.
Activate webhooks, save settings, and reload Operator AI.
Create your Zap: select your app, set filters, and define actions!
